Very good service at this store. Was able to buy a new iPad in less than 10 minutes. Thy answered all my questions and at no point did I feel like I was being "sold" to.
Someone like me. I lost all my photos, contacts, etc. I walked out of that store so angry and disappointed.

literally the worst service i've ever had, hung up on me 4 times after trying to ask them one simple question.
Called to make an appointment and told we would have to wait 4 hours so we decided to do a walk in and we were immediately helped by someone on the floor. From there, Keith assisted us with our phone and had us out of the store in under an hour. He was excellent!
I had my new phone all ready to go. I just needed to transfer my cloud over... the woman worker at the set up table erased everything! She then proceeded to say it was my fault instead of helping me. She then went to another worker and said she couldn’t help
