I can't possibly thank Mr Tumelty enough for what he did for me. I went to him on the advice of police officers that I knew and they told me that if they ever got into trouble, John is to whom they would turn . I had a temporary restraining order placed against me by my ex wife. These are hard to beat because it seems that the man is almost always blamed and its very tough to prove innocence. It was extremely important for me to not have the tro turned into a permanent restraining order because it may have meant that I would never have seen my teenage daughter again. Because John listened to me, and believed in me, he took my case. After a tough hearing, I was found innocent of all charges. In the Judges summation he admitted that going in he thought it looked like an easy case to decide. He meant that I looked guilty. The only reason I was found innocent of all charges is because of the passion and expertise that Mr. Tumelty brought to my side of the table. John was able to open the Judge's eyes and look at what really was going on. After the hearing I realized how close and hard this was and I could have not found anyone else who would have won this for me. I could not have been more impressed by John's ability to get my side listened to against a lawyer on the other side that was, shall I say, his moral opposite,in my opinion. I'm not easy to impress,but John's skill in the courtroom left me in awe. This review is true and it's also the only one I've ever written but I have no other way to repay Mr. Tumelty for what he has done for me. His skill in the courtroom is a big reason I have my daughter in my life and that means more to me than I can ever put into words....the best I can do is ,,Thanks John
