The Best Buffalo Chicken Pizza On The Planet. And I've enjoyed pizza around the world
Really not sure what happened to this place. We used to live down the street and frequented South End so often. Once the location moved next door, the quality dropped like a brick. Before the move I’d say it was close to being a 4-Star spot, but in all honesty the cooks and pizzamen vary at all hours so you probably have better odds at the roulette table than you do getting a good slice (or anything else on the menu that requires more than putting frozen items in a fryer) here. Buffalo Slice that is so hyped is a major letdown (used to be one of Atlantic City’s best munchie items).
I enjoyed a very delicious nutritious veggie hoagie. The staff was friendly and fun too. We were singing a song and they jumped in midway perfectly.
South End Pizza has great food. However, DO NOT DEPEND ON THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE. Ordered a buffalochicken pizza for a 12:30 meeting. I called at 11:15am. The delivery driver arrived at 1:05pm. When I called, they "didn't have a way of contacting" the delivery driver and they "did not know what to tell me". Are you kidding me? Who runs a business like that? It's part of almost every application to provide some type of contact number , it didn't make sense. Further, I called for a refund for my order, and they said "we'll have the manager call you between 4 and 4:30". SOUTH END PIZZA IN VENTNOR SHOULD BE WALK IN ONLY BECAUSE THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE 100% UNDEPENDABLE.
Had their buffalo chicken pizza wich was delicious, place is clean and staff is fast and friendly.
The care that was apparent in the old South End has completely vanished. You’d be hard pressed to receive any morsel that is impressive. Utter slop at this point, sorry to say.
