Worst experience I've ever had. The cashiers were extremely rude, the food was cold and when I asked for a new one or a refund they refused both saying nothing was wrong with the food.
Terrible the manager on duty named Dawn at the time of my purchase was very rude and inconsiderate. She kept saying mean things to me and rolling her eyes at me. Very terrible customer service. She did a return on my tacos and handed a worker named trinity my change and said nothing to her so the girl was holding money and was confused asking the manager( Dawn) what she was supposed to do with the money.
The staff is just awful never in my life have I ever been somewhere with staff as rude. New management needs to be put in place and clean this place up making fun of someone with a disability is just wrong.
People begging for money it takes forever to get your food and the cashier is nasty

Go thru the drive thru if u must u got to eat
4 stars because it's in AC and 3 stars for food 2 for inside space 5 for that drive thru
Avoid the taco bell except for Mexican pizza veg
