Used to work for them, the workers take great care of the dogs, especially Mike. Always ask for Mike! He genuinely cares for the dogs. The owners of the establishment are just money hungry and do not care for the animals at all. Just keeps the pets of their personal friends up front with him to keep them happy.
My pup absolutely loved this place! I could not believe it when I walked in the door to take him home, he did not want to leave! He was so happy and having such a great time. This team of animal lovers clearly know what they are doing and are 120% dedicated to providing quality care as if the pets are their own. Very kind and warm, well received people. AC Pet Hotel helped us out on a last minute trip. They took great care of our pup Macchiato (a 60lb mix) for a few days. The staff is wonderful, and Macchiato even got a bath - which is no easy task! We are glad we have a trusted option next time we can't take our furry family member with us in the future.
