Reception was cold and rude on the phone. They don't speak anything other than the language of money like $50 per person JUST to use the spa?! Are you kidding? Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!

The reception desk and management need an overhaul. The last three visits from December to January have been horrible. Firstly, they need to replace /or ensure that EHarris NEVER run the front desk EVER again. She is rude, crude and socially unacceptable and apparently treats the QUA SPA clientele unprofessionally. Qua Spa should not be scheduling clients to have a massage at 6pm if they intended on rushing you out the door at 701pm. They should rethink their closing polices for I have spent a great deal of money over the years at Qua but these past months the experience has been short of relaxing and positive. Ms. Harris should refrain from barking loudly that " the people should hurry themselves out the door so she can close and get out of here. If they don't get out of the changing room she will surely charge them $50 each for the delay." THe manager on staff that day did not do anything to right the wrongs of her actions. I am sorry that she has to work for a living and sadly she will not get far with that attitude, no one ever does. One thing for sure is that I attend a week long convention every year in January and I will make sure in 2018 the people in this group know that they should go to Red Door SPA and bypass the QUA even thought the rooms have been beautifully renovated. Three strikes and your OUT! People are advised not to waste there money at this BEAUTIFUL SPA because they may encounter Ms. Harris who will ensure that your $300 per person experience is flushed down the toilet with her 2 year old tantrum and threats for charging more money for not moving fast enough out the door past 7pm. Congratulations Qua Spa, you have succeeded to reduce this return customer from ever returning and will make sure that her group in January stays away from such a beautifully TOXIC spa. Ms. Harris I hope you eventually grow up and when you can afford to frequent a spa, I hope that your experience is ruined by someone just as immature and vicious as yourself, --- no matter how pretty you are, your are ugly because of your classless lowlife attitude, go work somewhere where people don't have to deal with your toxins.
