After the staff member told us this I asked if we could speak with a manager or have someone else there for the meeting since she made it clear that if no one adopted the dog by the end of the day she would have her boyfriend adopt the dog.

Adopted 5 of my pets from here they have been great additions to my family... staff is always helpful and remembers you and your "companions"... They've always been extremely helpful when it comes to high vet bills or an emergency... They tell you what is best for you and your budget (which is great for a vet because of how expensive they can be )very trustworthy!!great pets come from here!!! PLEASE GO ADOPT...life changing!!

Profits off of customers sadness. My Girlfriend called in to put a cat up for adoption but since the cat was a little aggressive they told them that they would euthanize the cat. For the establishment to not even give the cat a chance is absurd. Clearly they don't know that animals can be retrained. The lethal injection cost about $100. How are you going to charge a family $100 to euthanize a pet and not let them see the pet after "it's done" and then offer to cremate them but then tell you that the ashes of your loved pet will cost you around $240. Profiting off of a customer's sadness is not Humane. Its blatantly INHUMANE. At least you get a FREE keychain.

I've used the animal hospital next door for many years for my dog and cat , now I am left wondering should I find a new vet for our animals because of the horrible experience we had next door with the staff member and manager .

I am very taken back by the experience from these two staff members. They made what should have been a memorable experience a absolute horrible one .

Clean shelter but they don't give us enough attention! Maybe they are too busy to pay attention to people who want to adopt pets!

The staff seem to enjoy what they do and seem very caring towards the animals. However, if you stumble upon a problem here with trying to adopt a pet be prepare for the mood to change. The owner or manager lady, whoever I spoke to was rude and seems like she doesn’t care at all. I’m glad that the animals are cared for but the way they act towards people say otherwise. It’s a great place but be ready to speak up when it comes to adopting. My experience wasn’t the greatest but I got a beautiful dog out of it. To say the least I had to argue with a worker who at first was nice and accommodating then turned so rude and did not want me to adopt. Also, I don’t know if this was a lie or not but they told me that you cannot adopt two pets at once. It seemed weird at first because don’t they want these dogs to have a home? Anyways after I got my dog, the week after I saw that they posted a picture of someone else who adopted TWO dogs at one time. I was a little taken back since they told me I couldn’t do that. Just be cautious when it comes to adopting from here.

She made it clear that no we could not speak with anyone because her decision was final . She then proceeded to shut the front door on us and just left us standing outside speachless .

We waited until today to call the shelter to speak with a manager about the staff members service . The manager was no better and extremely rude over the phone .

We visited the shelter yesterday with the hopes of adding a new member to our family . The staff member who helped us made us made it clear the dog we wanted , she also wanted . We still asked to spend time with the dog and bring our dog in for a visit to see if the dogs would enjoy one another . Not even 20 seconds into the meeting the staff member told us no we couldn't adopt because our dog is to aggressive. We were very taken back by this seeing that our dog is always playing with other dogs and we even have a cat at home who she pays no mind to .
