Can't get a table? Sit at the bar for dinner and a fun experience with the bartender! Started with a very well made Iron Manhattan....the 4 course prix fixe is just the right size and is a delight especially if you ask the bartender to pair each item with bourbon, wine or your favorite liquor - the other reviewers are correct, the bacon and mac & cheese are stars. The entrance is on the back end of a liquor store....quite unassuming....a neighborhood gem.
Exceptional restaurant a short cab ride away from the resorts. We had an amazing dining experience at the Iron room. Our party was sat in the liquor store which was a really fun and unique experience. They have great cocktails, a huge wine list, and one of the most exhaustive whisky lists I have ever seen. To top it off you are free to buy wine or any alcohol for that matter in the liquor store to enjoy with your meal at the store prices. No other restaurant I have been to does that. We each ordered 3 different plates to share between 4 people. In total we got 12 unique dishes that all tasted outstanding! Highly recommend the cowboy steak, the winter lamb, sun-choke frites, scallops, and the mushrooms.
Tasting menu is best value in town. Four courses — all stand on their own. Udon mac and cheese is my favorite. Servers are knowledgeable and friendly. Wine selection is broad with unique labels.
Amazing birthday experience, very accommodating to all dietary needs. The only thing better than the food was the service. (Michael J Fox photo for a birthday!). As a local this restaurant makes me optimistic for the food scene of AC.
The chefs board was phenomenal, the honey on the side and mustard was out of this world. The porkbelly was delicious. Every wine and liquor on this earth available in the establishment... Will come back!!
