The service dept. Was efficient and up to date on my appointment time.
I also liked the coffee and tidbits while I was waiting for my car to be serviced.
We were in the shop for far too long. There seemed to be a disconnect in communication between all necessary parties regarding price, finance and other important points of information. The whole sale took forever-- no computer generated forms-- everything was done by hand, over and over and over again. I am grateful to be able to refinance this loan because the percentage rate quoted was ridiculous for our credit scores. And, when did the 72 hour cooling off period stop existing? Never again will we use this dealer.

Dave Brown was a great salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy client....and I was very happy with him. I had great trust that he was selling me exactly what I wanted. Being an out-of-state sales deal, this purchase had a lot of steps to cross to get the car home- Dave was very accommodating. I cannot say the same for Bill Capella. He was crass, rude, egotistical, and Kerbeck Corvette should be VERY glad that he didn't answer my initial sales call- because they would have LOST the sale. Just by his attitude alone. I spoke with Dave about my dissatisfaction with Bill (as our "finance" guy [we paid cash overnight])- and he promised Bill would call to apologize. A few days later, Bill called. To ensure that I was satisfied with my car....and at the end of the conversation, he said that he had heard that I was upset with his attitude and he wanted to apologize for my feeling that way....that I must have "caught him on a bad day" (although I spoke to him more than once and each time he was the same snotty human being). I thanked him for his apology and let it go- but Chevy needs to know. Kerbeck needs to know. Future buyers need to know. Call Dave Brown- he's great. Steer clear of Bill Capella- he's nasty.
He is very knowledgeable and accommodating as well as everyone that I had the privilege to meet.
