Day 1 So far so good
I was trying to play a game that I played before but some young kids that were just about the age to gamble. And security just carded one of them and they were only playing $0.01 and only on one line. And they knew I wanted to play that game so they took their time in between hitting the button laughing and making a joke but shouldn't allow kids to be in there playing around just because they're just the age to gamble they're losing business my friend didn't even want to play he sat there and made me leave because he didn't want to deal with it ruined my whole day. I went down there just to play at your Resort Casino and I couldn't even play the machine I wanted to because your security guard allowed a bunch of young kids to play around like it was a playground when it's not I should be for mature adults that want to seriously play. And have a good time. Where mature adults should be able to go and have a great time and not be bothered by young kids joking around playing $0.01 on one line and then taking their time in between pushing the button joking around and laughing like it's a playground if that's what your establishment is that I'm sure you're glad I business very soon and that's why I lantic City is going downhill I literally wanted to run out of there and get home as quick as possible. so not only did I waste money driving down there. In gas and money for tolls. But most of all it ruined my day cuz I really went down there just to go and play at your Casino it's very sad that your security guard or whatever you want to call him let these kids play around and laugh like it's a joke and have no respect for elders flash older people. I hope you take this seriously. Because I'm middle-aged 42 years old could you imagine if an older person that loves a good your Casino and that happened to them they wouldn't want to go there no more and you'll lose more and more business so I would have a talk with your security or whatever you want to call them and not let kids play around in your establishment

Decent casino, not super big but well staffed with good service. Walked out with a nice chunk of change
I always stayed at other Atlantic City locations, but in May I went to the Charter School Conference & stayed at Bally's because that was the host Hotel, let's just say I was somewhat reluctant; well I could not have been more pleased with the end results. Although I asked for a King size bed & got 2 Queens, I thought the room was clean, beautifully decorated & suited my needs. The customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out. I will definitely stay here again, as I go to AC for weekend get-a-ways quite often.This is an excellent property, it's conveniently located to the Boardwalk, other Casinos & Downtown Atlantic City; and if you like Buffets, they have huge selection of food to suite any pallet. In my opinion, Ballys Hotel & Casino is "A Great Place To Eat Play & Stay!"
