Very very disappointed with the cashier
I always come to this store to shop all my pants etc
Pro tip, if someone has a transaction that's taking your cashier thirty minutes, open another lane. I just want to buy some pants and leave
The worst service I have ever had
First they discriminate against me and when I call for the manager they lie to me that the manager isn't there and even the 1800 number won't help me
Must horrible is that she was Spanish just like me but from a different country
The cashier was talking over the phone I requested if she can place an order for me and she didn't even try I could see the negative on her eyes
One of the best stores in the outlet. Sadly many of my favorites have been closing. I have found great dresses here at low prices. Be sure to sign up for club and get $20 off when you spend $200. Customer service was great for me. Super helpful. That was one of the reasons I have always preferred shopping here than in the city.
