This place is a joke. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. The young woman that checked me out did not say one word the entire time but stopped ringing me up to answer the phone twice so I bought two items and stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to pay and leave. No hello, no thank you just was so miserable. The woman helping my sister next to me took about 20 minutes to ring her up because she was so confused about god knows what and was looking around for another employee to help her. Overall a ridiculous experience. Get some friendly staff.
I absolutely love Forever 21 and my experience today was better than I've ever experienced !!! The assistance, the prices, and not to mention the variety of apparel. I was like a kid in a candy store. Thank you !!
