Front Desk person has ATTITUDE also this place should be demolished
Ok hotel to stay at.Room was ok,could have used a better cleaning.Our fridge did not work at all which resulted in food loss.We told management about the fridge 3 times and each time we were told to give it time to cool down.We gave it a whole day and still had warm milk and ham.Key cards for doors didn't work properly and we had to switch rooms late at night for our last night.On the plus side I saw no bugs.Stair wells going to second floor could have been kept cleaner.Trash was kept outside our room which made our room smell.Also not a great family motel as all kinds of night walkers hang out here and on the road in front of hotel.
GREAT EXPERIENCE. IT WAS MY 45TH BDAY AND 15 YR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO CHECKIN FRI BUT MY HUSBAND COULDNT GET OFF WORK IN TIME SO WE CHECKIN SAT 3 NOON CHECKED OUT SUN 4PM WE WERE SO GRATEFUL THAT ECONO LODGE WAS ABLE TO ACCOMODATE OUR NEEDS WITH MY HUSBAND CRAZY WORK SCHEDULE THE STAFF HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WE STAY AT THE ECONO LODGE ALL THE TIME WHEN WE COME TO AC BUT THIS WAS OUR 1ST TIME GETTIN THE HONEY MOON SUITE. THE ROOM WAS SO BEAUTIFUL N VERY CLEAN BIG KING SIZE BED WITH SOFA LOVE SEAT ROMANTIC JACUZZI BEAUTIFUL CHANDLIERS LOVED THE SHOWER WITH GLASS DOOR SHELVES BUILT IN SHOWER FOR SHAMPOO BODYWASH ECT. WE NEEDED TO IRON WE HAD A IRON N IRONING BOARD PLENTY OF CLEAN TOWELS BATHROOM WAS VERY CLEAN FIREPLACE WAS NICE JUS DIDNT WORK SO WE MADE THAT OUR LIL BAR MICROWAVE N FRIDGE WAS CLEAN. VANITY WAS GREAT HAD A BLOW DRYER BEAUTIFUL MIRRORS TO DO MY MAKE UP TAKE SELFIES. THE WAFFLES WERE VERY GOOD N THE MUFFINS JUS DIDNT HAVE ANY MORE DRINKS JUS COFFEE. WE WERE SO HAPPY THAT WE WERE ACCOMODATED FOR CHECK OUT SUNDAY AT 4 PM CAUSE WE HAD RESERVATIONS AT 4:30 KELSEYS SOULFOOD RESTAURANT FOR OUR 15TH YR ANNIVERSARY DINNER THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. AS USUAL A GREAT EXPERIENCE N STAY AT THE ECONO LODGE GREAT STAFF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT WAIT TO COMEBACK.
The bed is super hard, not comfortable at all. There was a roach crawling near the television. The rug is very moist, not that clean. People kept knocking on the door looking for anybody. It was very hard to put the bolt lock on the door. The microwave, refrigerator, television, and shower works just great but if your looking for luxury this place lacks in that department. The toilet very old fashioned. This place is conveniently located across from the Tropicana Hotel and casino and the boardwalk which was a plus. But if u want to sleep in comfort, this is not the place to do so.
Average hotel. Cheap. Convenient location. Easy check in & check out. Room was comfortable & clean, surrounding grounds were not so clean. Music was blaring literally all night long from speakers surrounding the pool of the building next to the hotel, making it impossible to sleep. The continental breakfast was meager... packaged muffins, 2 types of cold cereal, milk sitting out on the counter. Waffle maker was being used by 2 other guests cooking multiple waffles. There was coffee & what I believe was apple juice sitting in a carafe on the counter. The price was right for a one-night stay to see a concert.
Mattress looks like 30 year old springs popping Basically a NASTY place, do yourself a favor put extra money and find a decent place
Bed sheets Pillow Smelly like they wash in Gutter water
We stop by at this place, talk to desk person and we start booking on line, desk person went outside to room and fall asleep we and other customers wait and wait for 30 minutes, maintenance men cannot find him so we told maintenance person he went to that room and they look inside and say he was SLEEPING Really Sleeping on the job while Customers waiting. This is my last time at this Hotel
