I'm local so this is... Well Was a place to go for anything from girls night out drinks to family time with the kid's. This time I went with my my children and I've got to admit that it was a bad experience. My 2 children ordered 5.99 meals with a shake with was 2.99 and my youngest ordered a 4.99 kids meal with the drink included. Today was steak day so I got the steak for 10.99 plus 3.00 for an 8 oz upgrade and about 5 bucks to add shrimp, spinach dip that was half off, oh and a one dollar long island.. I ended up leaving having paid 67 bucks total for an order that should have been more like 45 bucks. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that it should have been 56 bucks with the tax. 11 bucks for tax???? I gave her 70 dollars but she never even returned my change until I said something(tip included before I realized that she tried to trick me and keep all of my money). My steak was not well done even after I sent it back, so I didn't even eat it. I packed it up hoping to cook it more when i got home. I never got my receipt. I got a random receipt from someone else's order so I never even saw my receipt for myself even after I spoke with the manager. He was nice and offered a gift card through email for all of the confusion which I'll probably never see but I honestly feel like why would I want to come back. Who's to say I won't get the same waitress or some other issue may occur. That woman made out with who knows how much after lying and in my eyes stealing and I get to MAYBE get a gift card to come back and experience everything again. I only gave 2 stars because the manager that I spoke with seemed like a nice guy.
Great Service! Our server was Sharif. He was awesome! Our food was out quickly. I really enjoyed my experience. If I didn't live so far away I would come back more often!
I went to pick up food and I seen a mouse just walking across the middle of the floor not running but walking like it owned the place. VERY UNSANITARY! Staff seemed to not mind it and looked at me and my sisters like we had 16 heads bc we screamed! Food was cold and not very good at all I don’t think I’m coming back until they fix their rat issues
I had such a great experience with Gary, the ambience were very relaxing, I came with two of my friends , gary was very attentive, the drinks were very good, the food tasted fresh... Thank you Gary, you were great
So I visit this place at least once every other month. This time I was very disappointed. The services was good but the food was not. I got a triple bacon cheeseburger but there were only two slices of bacon. On my other burger I was supposed to have grilled onions but those were raw. The side plates came out dirty. The water had stuff floating in it. The booth I sat at was wet and dirty. There was also a very long wait time for the food. I hope to see some improvements the next time I'm here.
